Kentucky: House Bill 401 (effective July 15, 2024) expands the definition of “physician” in workers’ compensation cases to include physicians licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction (previously only Kentucky-licensed) and retired physicians previously authorized to practice in Kentucky (if in good standing when license was surrendered).
